I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Dr. Omar and staffs. It is rarely for me to write a review; however, for Dr. Omar, I would love to say about her a lot. I took my son to her office to have braces about 15 months ago. Having bracing is a little uncomfortable for children due to pain; however, my son was able to tolerate it with doctor support and caring. Sometimes, accidents happened such as loosing brakes. Doctor and staffs always have my son come back to correct it. They are very responsible and understanding. I was moved to Richmond area a few month ago; however, I still drive him to Doctor Omar because I trust her skills, knowledgeable, experience, professional, and very caring. One of the most favorites about Dr. Omar is listening my concerns and address them appropriately. If she noticed the work done not correctly, she would adjust it and make it right. This is ethic work and professionalism. I high respect that characteristic from her. She is such amazing doctor that I never seen. Dr. Omar makes my son feel very unique because the changing of his smile with beautiful teeth. This is our goal as a beginning of having braces to make a beautiful smile. Dr. Omar job is really changes kid appearance with confident. I really don’t know what words to describe how much I appreciate doctor and her staffs. I would definitely high recommend Dr. Omar to everyone who needs braces or Invisalign to make confident in yourself. It is very hard to find a good doctor; however, I found one Dr. Omar is such wonderful doctor inside and outside. I thank you very much for all your help make my son teeth changing significantly. Dr. Anisa Omar – Orthodontist
Dr. Anisa Omar completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario in Ontario, Canada, before attending dental school at Howard University, where she graduated in 2006. Graduating in the top 2% of her class in both her dental and orthodontic programs, Dr. Omar was inducted into the dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. She continues to further her dental education regularly, and is up-to-date with research and continuing education courses in the newest technology, like DentalMonitoring and Invisalign®.
Dr. Omar is a member of several professional orthodontic associations, including the American Association of Orthodontists and the Northern Virginia Orthodontic Study Club.
She has been practicing in the Chantilly, Virginia, area for 10 years and loves her community. As an orthodontist, Dr. Omar’s goal is to exemplify our core value of compassion. She lives in the community that she serves, and strives to give back to local Chantilly schools and to the community at large whenever she can.
